- 1Ripe avocado
- 2Eggs
- ½Lemon
- Flaky sea salt, pepper, chili flakes (optional)
Steps

Bring water to a gentle simmer with a splash of white vinegar.

Create a swirl and gently slide in the egg. Cook for 3 min for a runny yolk.
