Ingredients

  • 2 slicesWhole wheat bread or rye bread
  • 1Ripe avocado
  • 2Eggs
  • ½Lemon
  • Flaky sea salt, pepper, chili flakes (optional)

Steps

    Bring water to a gentle simmer with a splash of white vinegar.

    Create a swirl and gently slide in the egg. Cook for 3 min for a runny yolk.

    Mash the avocado on the toasted bread, add a squeeze of lemon, season.

    Top with the poached egg and a pinch of flaky salt.

Tip
