Ingredients

  • 3Ripe frozen bananas (cut into chunks)
  • 1 tbspPeanut butter or cocoa powder (optional)
  • Toppings of your choiceFruit, granola, shredded coconut

Steps

    Blend the frozen banana chunks alone for 3–4 min, scraping the sides regularly.

    The texture will first look crumbly, then turn creamy like ice cream.

    Add peanut butter or cocoa if desired, blend for another 30 sec.

    Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze for 30 min for a firmer scoop.

Tip

To lighten: 2 bananas instead of 3 (~215 kcal/serving).
