Ingredients
- 130gChicken breast fillet
- 60g (raw weight)Brown rice
- 150gBroccoli
- 1 tbspOlive oil
- Salt, garlic powder, herbs

Cook the brown rice according to the package (20 min, or use pre-cooked).

Slice the chicken, season with salt and garlic, and pan-fry for 6–7 min in olive oil.

Steam the broccoli for 5 min (it should remain slightly crisp).

Assemble in a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil.
