Ingredients

  • 125gAll-purpose flour (T45)
  • 2Eggs
  • 300mlMilk
  • 20gMelted butter
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 tspVanilla sugar (for sweet version)

Steps

    Combine flour, salt, and sugar. Make a well and add the beaten eggs in the center.
