Ingredients
- 150gGround beef 15% fat
- 1 (~80g)Burger bun
- 1+2+4 tbspBurger sauce (1 mustard + 2 ketchup + 4 mayonnaise)
- 1 sliceCheddar
- 2 leavesLettuce
- 2 slicesTomato
- Salt, pepper
Steps

Shape the ground beef into a ball, season, and press gently into a patty. Don't overwork the meat.

Cook over high heat for 2–3 min per side for a medium patty. Place the cheddar on top 30 sec before the end, cover to melt.

Lightly toast the bun, cut in half.

Assemble: sauce on both bun halves, lettuce, tomato, patty. Serve immediately.
Tip
To lighten: 2 tbsp mayo instead of 4 and 5% lean beef (~-300 kcal).
