Ingredients

  • 1 portionHomemade pizza dough (see Bases recipe)
  • 150gTomato sauce (passata or crushed tomatoes)
  • 150gBuffalo mozzarella
  • Fresh basil
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • Salt

Steps

    Preheat the oven to maximum heat (250°C / 480°F or higher) with the baking sheet inside.

    Stretch the dough thinly over floured parchment paper, leaving the edge slightly thicker.

    Spread the tomato sauce, tear the mozzarella on top. Season.

  4. 4

    Bake for 10–12 min until the crust is golden and the mozzarella is bubbling. Add fresh basil and olive oil right out of the oven.

Tip

To lighten: 100g mozzarella instead of 150g and 1 tbsp oil (~-180 kcal).
