Homemade tomato & mozzarella pizza

Ingredients
- 1 portionHomemade pizza dough (see Bases recipe)
- 150gTomato sauce (passata or crushed tomatoes)
- 150gBuffalo mozzarella
- Fresh basil
- 2 tbspOlive oil
- Salt

Preheat the oven to maximum heat (250°C / 480°F or higher) with the baking sheet inside.

Stretch the dough thinly over floured parchment paper, leaving the edge slightly thicker.

Spread the tomato sauce, tear the mozzarella on top. Season.

Bake for 10–12 min until the crust is golden and the mozzarella is bubbling. Add fresh basil and olive oil right out of the oven.
Tip
To lighten: 100g mozzarella instead of 150g and 1 tbsp oil (~-180 kcal).
