Ingredients

  • 100gRolled oats
  • 80gWhole wheat flour
  • 80gSoftened butter
  • 60gBrown sugar
  • 1Egg
  • 60gDark chocolate chips
  • 1 pinchSalt + baking soda

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.

    Add the egg and mix. Fold in the flour, oats, salt, and baking soda.

    Stir in the chocolate chips. Roll into walnut-sized balls and press lightly onto the baking sheet.

    Bake for 12–14 min. Let cool on the tray (they firm up as they cool).
