Ingredients

  • 120g (raw weight)Ramen noodles (or soba)
  • 2Eggs (for soft-boiled)
  • 200gChicken breast or thin pork belly
  • 1 LChicken broth (cube or homemade)
  • 3 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tbspWhite miso
  • Mushrooms, green onion, cornToppings of your choice
  • 1 tspSesame oil

Steps

    Boil the eggs for 6 min, cool immediately in cold water. Peel and halve.

    Bring the broth to a simmer, add soy sauce and miso. Taste and adjust.

    Cook the noodles separately according to the package. Brown the meat in a pan.

    Divide the noodles between bowls, ladle the hot broth over, then top with meat, egg, and toppings. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
