- 120g (raw weight)Ramen noodles (or soba)
- 2Eggs (for soft-boiled)
- 200gChicken breast or thin pork belly
- 1 LChicken broth (cube or homemade)
- 3 tbspSoy sauce
- 1 tbspWhite miso
- Mushrooms, green onion, cornToppings of your choice
- 1 tspSesame oil
Steps

Boil the eggs for 6 min, cool immediately in cold water. Peel and halve.

Bring the broth to a simmer, add soy sauce and miso. Taste and adjust.

Cook the noodles separately according to the package. Brown the meat in a pan.
