Ingredients
- 180gSteak (flank, ribeye, or sirloin)
- 300gSweet potato
- 2 tbspOlive oil
- 1 tspSmoked paprika
- Salt, pepper, thyme
- Butter or compound butterOptional, for steak cooking

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Cut the sweet potato into sticks, toss with oil, paprika, and salt. Roast for 30 min, flipping halfway.

Take the steak out of the fridge 15 min before. Season just before cooking.

Sear over very high heat for 2 min per side for rare, or 3 min for medium. Rest for 3 min before slicing.

Serve immediately with the fries.
Tip
To lighten: 1 tbsp oil for the fries and cook the steak fat-free (~-160 kcal).
